Location
Villa Pantai is located on the beach in the village of Candi Dasa in East Bali, overlooking the Lombok Strait and the Island of Nusa Penida. Candi Dasa is just a 90 minute drive from the Airport, Kuta and Seminyak. This area of East Bali offers a myriad of water sports activities, swimming, fishing, cruising, snorkelling, scuba diving and sunbathing. Also on offer are the many Balinese cultural sites of the area including the ancient village of Tenganan, the Royal Water Palace and Summer Garden Palace near Amlupura.
Accommodation
Villa Pantai has two private air-conditioned Bedroom Suites with their own stylish Ensuite Bathrooms. Breathtaking Balcony views of the Indian Ocean, Nusa Penida Island, the surrounding mountains and the private garden enclave of the villa. The bedrooms are ideally suited to sleep two couples. Two small children can also be accommodated, if required. The downstairs Lounge is designed for total relaxation, with its large folding doors facing the sea opening wide to the entertainment terrace, swimming pool and jacuzzi spa. Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining room with its beautiful mahogany table and seating for 6 guests. Immediately out from the dining room is the outdoor Bale where the cool afternoon breezes can be found. Alternatively, relax under the two large Chumplung trees down near the waters edge of the private white sand beach.
The Swimming Pool and Spa
The focal point of the entertainment terrace is the crystal clear water of the infinity style swimming pool and jacuzzi spa. The swimming pool is a 6 x 3 metres and 2 metres deep infinity style that gives the illusion of swimming into the ocean on the horizon. The pool is tiled with rich royal blue ceramic tiles imported from Italy especially for this pool and spa. In the late afternoon the pool and entertainment areas are shaded by the two large Chumplung trees and cooled by the sea breezes from the Indian Ocean. This is sheer heaven on a balmly Balinese day.
Entertainment
To the south of the Villa is the large entertainment terrace complete with sun decks, umbrellas and outdoor dining facilities. This is the area for all day relaxing, morning sunbathing and afternoon sea breeze cooling in the shade of the large Chumplung trees. When evening comes, relax again with friends for a BBQ or outdoor dining experience overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean with the mystical Island of Nusa Penida in the background. Watch the ever changing landscape on the waters of the Indian Ocean with the Ferries coming and going from Lombok Island and the myriad of fishing boats going about their business. Villa Pantai is truly an enchanting place to stay for that romantic holiday of a lifetime.

The Dining Experience
Villa Pantai has available to its guests the services of an experienced cook who can provide succulent meals from snacks to lavish dinner parties. Perfect for that romantic lunch or dinner on the entertainment terrace or down by the private beach under the shade of the Chumplung trees. Ask our Villa Manager for his delicious menu, at extra charge but modest prices.
Alternatively, for those who prefer to dine out of an evening, Candi Dasa has a large number of good restaurants within easy walking distance to Villa Pantai. Ask our Villa Manager for his recommendations and to arrange transport if required.
